A Content Archival Mechanism has been implemented to ensure that outdated announcements, tenders, and recruitment notices are systematically removed from the main website and transferred to the archive section. This process helps the website team maintain updated and relevant information on the site. The Archival System automatically moves expired content to the archives upon reaching its expiry date. All archived data remains accessible through a dedicated search option, enabling users to easily retrieve past information when required.
